Main responsibilities

  • Accountabilities relating to the review of various school development plans and administrative issues
  • Coordinating, supervising and auditing the operations within the Department of General Affairs
  • Reviewing proposals and reports submitted by the department for various meetings
  • Selecting regular committee members within the department
  • Preparing, controlling and utilization of the budget for the department on an integrated basis
  • Reviewing procurement applications and expenses claims in the school with an amount of more than NT$2 million
  • Allocation and management of staff residence on campus
  • Maintenance and management of power distribution on campus
  • Promotion of compus BOT plans
  • Service vehicle management within the campus
  • Responsible for the research and development of business in the Department of General Affairs
  • Reviewing or approving various official documents of the department
  • Convening and hosting meetings in the department
  • Responsible for follow-up and supervision of major construction projects
  • Reviewing, approving and authorizing the use of seals for procurement applications and expense claims in the school within the range of NT$0.6 million to NT$2 million
  • Management of properties, belongings and residence
  • Application services of government loans for civil servants
  • Guest house application and management
  • Campus canteen, bookstore, convenience store outsourcing operation and management
  • Campus security and entrance clearance management
